UPDATE On The "Blogger Lobbyist" Bill...

It has been reworded to say that only those who make at least $25,000 per quarter and urge people to contact representatives/senators have to register.

Still bad, because some bloggers will be hit by this....but at least it's not as bad as was originally planned.
